Nadeem graduated from Imperial College London and joined Hurst Peirce + Malcolm LLP in 2000. In 2011 he was appointed an Associate. He is responsible for the design and management of both new-build and refurbishment projects from inception to completion. His expertise extends to the design of multi-storey basements, concrete framed structures and refurbishment works involving facade retention.   More recently, He has been the project engineer on a number of high-end residential refurbishment projects for Grosvenor Estate. Notable projects include Kinnerton Street, The Phillimores, Audi Rayleigh, John Lewis Liverpool, Arena Estate Haringey and Grange Hotels Bedford Place.	Nadeem Masued
