Wai joined Hurst Peirce + Malcolm in 1994 having spent his graduate years at Morrish & Partners. He was appointed as an Associate in 2008.
Wai is our chief design engineer for new build projects but he has also built up extensive experience on the refurbishment of buildings in central London.
Notable projects are John Lewis department store, Cheadle, Peter Jones, Waitrose supermarket at Malvern and Peers Court, Palace of Westminster.
